Myshoppingarcade.com (MSA) is a commission sharing advertising portal. MSA is owned and run by MC Buckingham Limited registered in England reg no. 05383839.

We give you the tools to build your virtual shopping arcades and host them for free. We share advertising revenue with you when your visitors use the banners you choose to place into your arcades.

When you or your arcade visitors complete transactions, they are tracked by third party systems. These appear in your account as money earned. After a validation period you can request a withdrawal of funds or 'cashout'.

Transactions are recorded by the merchant, reported to a network and then to us at which point we credit to you. The vast majority of transactions are credited with no problem, however we accept no responsibility for reporting inaccuracies for any reason. We will make reasonable attempts to resolve any reporting problems but cannot guarantee such attempts will be successful.

We endeavor to keep the content of MSA accurate at all time however information and commissions are prone to change at short notice. MSA will not be held responsible for inaccuracies in commissions displayed, offer information or members comments.

Only one myshoppingarcade.com (MSA) account is allowed per household. You must be 18 years old or above to register for an account. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom and with a permanent UK address. We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion.

It is essential that we protect the advertisers that appear on MSA. We reserve the right terminate your membership with MSA for unethical practices, including fraudulent transactions or any other actions that may be used to inflate your commission earnings. Termination is possible without notice and will result in the loss of any benefits received.

When adding pictures and text to your arcade, you must not add any comments that are misleading, obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Arcade names cannot contain merchant names or Trademarks.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, edit or close any arcades for any reason.

When you become a myshoppingarcade.com (MSA) member you will be added to our contact list to receive MSA / MC Buckingham related emails including 'commission earned' notifications and offers related to your merchants. You can change your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time through your account settings. We will never pass your details onto a 3rd party without requesting explicit permission from you.

When you or a visitor to your arcade completes a transaction it is normally credited to your account as a pending transaction within 12 - 72 hours. The merchant then has to approve the transaction. Transactions will remain as 'Pending' in your account until validation, at which point you can request cashout.

We do not guarantee commission to you until payment is received by us. Transactions can be rejected for many reasons including: returned purchases, duplicate accounts with merchants or fraudulent actions (incorrect details used). Please see the help and support pages for more reasons why merhants may remove commissions. If a known transaction is wrongly reported or missing and you wish to report it, do so through the contacts page.

It is essential that when sharing your arcades with other people, particularly when promoting merchants who pay per lead or registration, that they complete these on their own computer in their own household or workplace. Completing transactions or registering to services on other people's behalf is strictly prohibited.

To protect our merchants and members, myshoppingarcde.com incorporates sophisticated systems that allow us to detect unusual account activity. It may be necessary to suspend banners in your arcades pending validation of any outstanding transactions. Once validation is received from the merchant, the banner will be returned to your account. If fraudulent or dishonest behavior is detected by us or reported by the merchant, we reserve the right to close your account with loss of earnings.

Successfully tracked transactions are only possible through clicks on banners on your actual arcade pages or on your subscribers newsletters (sent by us). Transactions gained through spamming MSA arcade links elsewhere will not receive commission. Spamming may result in the closure of your account with loss of earnings. Posting links directly to your arcade URL is of course allowed, with the permission of the website / forum where you are placing your links.

We reserve the right to amend or close arcades that don't conform to the good practice guide.
